Let me start off by saying, these were a disaster!!! They tasted wonderful but my goodness they were ugly and a pain in my a$$!!
I think the first mistake I made was using the WHOLE tub of frosting in the cake crumbs, apparently only using a half tub makes them hold together better for dipping.
The next mistake I made was just using "baking chocolate" because I couldn't find "melting candies" ANYWHERE.
Third mistake was rolling the balls myself. Sooo they were lumpy, un-even and unattrative to say the least.
But on a positive note they were delicious! I did some with peanut butter and some without. Below are my pathetic photos, minus the dipping part.....
