This was a pretty quick and easy version of the recipe I usually do because my broth was already made and frozen. When I made the broth it consisted of:
-Chopped carrots
-Chopped Onions
-Chopped celery
-Minced garlic
-Parsley
-White wine
-The left over bones of a rotisserie chicken
I took the frozen broth and put it in the crock pot with chopped onion, carrots, and celery.
I also added more parsley. I dumped some warm water over it to get it melting.
I also prefer more broth so I added some water and chicken bouillon while it was cooking.
After a couple of hours I cubed and cooked the chicken [frozen from my freezer] I didn't cook it all the way, and threw it into the crock pot. After about 20 mins I added the noodles.
It was yummy!!
I really like to use Rotisserie chicken and these usually are not my noodles of choice, but hey they were on clearance!
It was warm and filled the house with a heavenly smell!
